Do you need a visa to Singapore?

Transit visa to Singapore
Transit visa to Singapore is issued upon arrival to citizens of the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan. Visa-free transit allows citizens of the above-mentioned countries to stay in Singapore for up to 96 hours.

To obtain a transit visa to Singapore, the following conditions must be met:
– The passenger is departing for a third country, i.e. the country from which the passenger arrived is different from the country of departure;
– The passport must be valid for at least 6 months upon entry into Singapore;
– There is a purchased air ticket to the third country;
– There is a visa to the third country (if required);
– There are sufficient funds for the duration of stay in Singapore;
– The passenger leaves Singapore within 96 hours of entry;
– There is a completed Singapore Immigration Card;

IMPORTANT! If you are planning to enter Singapore using a transit visa. We recommend that your arrival in Singapore be on national airlines, passengers flying on low-cost airlines (eg Air Asia, Silk, Tiger) may not be allowed on the flight to Singapore. Such cases are quite common, and this ruins the entire travel itinerary. Therefore, if you arrive in Singapore on low-cost airlines, we recommend that you apply for a visa to Singapore, it will be cheaper and will eliminate possible surprises.

Singapore Tourist e-Visa
If your planned arrival in Singapore does not fall under the conditions of obtaining a Singapore transit visa, then we will be happy to help you apply for a Singapore tourist visa allowing you to enter the country multiple times within 9 weeks and stay in the country for up to 30 days on each entry.

To apply for a Singapore visa, we will need the following documents from you:

– A color copy of the main page of your passport. Important: The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of intended entry into Singapore. There must be space in the passport for visa stamps.
– An application form completed in Latin print. An example of a completed application form can be viewed here. The application form can be downloaded here. Important: The application form must be completed for each participant in your trip. All fields of the application form must be completed. Parents may sign the application forms for their minor children. It is not necessary to attach a photograph to the completed application form.
– A color photograph. Important: The photograph must be taken on a clean white background without shadows or yellowing. The file name of the photograph must match the applicant’s first and last name (please do not send photographs with a file name such as scan1234, the visa department may have doubts about who the photograph belongs to) The photograph must be originally taken in a studio on a digital camera in .JPEG format, and not scanned from a printed paper photograph, as this will spoil the quality of the white background. The face and head in the photograph must be uncovered. Girls and women in the photograph must have uncovered ears and only light make-up is allowed. The photograph must be taken no more than 3 months before submitting the visa application. The quality of the photograph must be clear, like for a passport. Poor quality of the photograph will lead to a guaranteed visa refusal or will take additional time if our visa department refuses to submit your documents with a bad photograph and requests a new one. • The cost of a visa for a child (even if the parent is included in the passport) is exactly the same as the cost of an adult.
  • In case the Singapore Immigration Service refuses a visa, the visa fee is non-refundable.
  • In accordance with the procedure established by the Singapore Immigration Service, in case of visa refusal, no explanation of the reasons for the refusal is provided.
  • Having a visa does not automatically guarantee a foreigner the right to enter Singapore. The right of a foreign citizen to visit the country is determined by the immigration officer at the border control checkpoints in Singapore, and each entrant is considered individually. In our practice, there was a case when two girls were not allowed into the country even with a visa and an expensive hotel booked. Perhaps this was provoked by their defiant behavior with the immigration officer or shocking form of clothing.
  • The Singapore Immigration Service accepts documents for a visa to Singapore if the planned arrival is no more than 30 days away. As a result, in order to avoid being refused for submitting documents too early, we submit them only when the arrival date is no more than 30 days from the date of submission.

After the refusal, you can file an appeal. It takes 2-3 weeks. We can help our clients file an appeal if they have not violated the laws of Singapore, as well as if they have not violated the laws and visa regimes of other countries. The cost of the appeal is $250 and assumes our physical visit to the Immigration Department.

  • Violation of Singapore laws during a previous visit to Singapore;
  • Violation of Singapore visa regulations during a previous visit
    to Singapore;
  • Your previous Singapore visa has not yet expired;
  • The photograph provided when applying for a visa did not meet the requirements;
  • All the above reasons are just our guesses, as the Immigration and Control Department of Singapore never discloses the reasons for refusal.

According to statistics, our visa center opens visas in 98% percent and processes them on time in 99%, as we are a trusted partner of the Department of Immigration and Control of Singapore.

You can pay without creating an account by credit cards.
Visa-free transit through Singapore by land or water?
According to the rules of the Department of Immigration and Control of Singapore, visa-free transit is permitted only with an air ticket to a third country.
Authenticity of a Singapore visa?
After receiving the finished visa, you can verify its authenticity on the website of the Department of Immigration and Control www.ica.gov.sg.

A separate visa is issued for each child at the same price as for an adult, regardless of whether the child has a separate passport or is included in the parent’s passport; It is necessary to send a copy of the passport page where the child is included and the main page of the parent’s passport.

The visa is a multiple entry, 9-week visa. This means that the visa allows multiple entries into the country within nine weeks from the date of visa issuance. It is important to remember that the duration of each stay in Singapore cannot exceed more than 30 days on each entry.

We start processing visas no earlier than 1 month before the travel date. If you plan to travel in a few months, we will accept your application and can process it 2-3 weeks before your arrival in Singapore. The deadline for submitting documents is 7 days before the arrival date.
